Sales & Market Intelligence Manager
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £35,000-£40,000
Do you have experience working within a commercial role within the construction industry? Do you enjoy finding leads and coming up with sales strategies working as part of the wider sales team? Are you confident to do initial outreach? Would you like to work as part of A collaborative, supportive environment where ideas are valued?
This role is a brand-new role due to continued growth. Looking for a commercially minded and proactive individual to strengthen the internal sales function and support future expansion.
This is an exciting opportunity to be close to the core of business development, combining research, targeted outreach, and strategic input to help drive insight-led growth and make a real impact on performance.
Duties of a Sales & Market Intelligence Manager:
*Identify and qualify new business leads across UK and international markets
*Map key decision makers including architects, engineers, and contractors
*Generate high quality meetings for the Business Development team
*Conduct market research, tracking trends, pipelines, and competitor activity
*Support targeted outreach campaigns alongside marketing
*Maintain and develop CRM data to improve targeting and insight
*Assist with presentations, proposals, and sales materials
Skillset of a Sales & Market Intelligence Manager:
*Experience in internal sales, lead generation, or market research
*Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
*Proactive and commercially aware mindset
*Must have experience working in the construction industry
*Experience of Barber ABI or Glenigans is of benefit
