Aftersales Advisor
*Location: Guildford
*Contract: Temporary (3 months, with potential extension)
*Pay Rate: £15.20 per hour
*Hours: Monday to Friday
We are recruiting an Aftersales Advisor to support existing customers following service delivery. Based in Guildford, this temporary role focuses on post-service support, ensuring customers receive timely assistance, follow-ups, and resolution to any outstanding queries. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys maintaining relationships and providing reassurance and support after a service has been completed.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Acting as a point of contact for customers after services have been delivered.
*Handling follow-up calls and emails to address queries, feedback, or concerns.
*Managing aftersales enquiries such as amendments, clarifications, and issue resolution.
*Liaising with internal teams to ensure outcomes are completed and communicated.
*Updating customer records accurately and maintaining detailed case notes.
*Ensuring customer issues are followed through to completion in a timely manner.
*Escalating more complex concerns in line with internal procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience in an aftersales, customer service, or account support role.
*Confident communicator with a calm, empathetic, and professional approach.
*Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases at once.
*Comfortable using customer databases and internal systems.
*Reliable, well-organised, and able to commit to a temporary role in Guildford.
