Senior HR Administrator - Bournemouth - Up to £30,000 - Permanent
What you will be doing:
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Administrator to join a busy People team, providing high-quality HR support, and playing a key role in day-to-day HR operations.
As a Senior HR Administrator, you will be:
*Supporting the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and offboarding
*Managing HR administration including absence, sickness, and HR records
*Coordinating recruitment processes from advertising through to interview and onboarding
*Maintaining accurate HR systems and compliance records
*Supporting safeguarding and safer recruitment processes
*Assisting with HR meetings, investigations, and note-taking
*Producing reports on HR data including absence and workforce information
*Supporting payroll and finance with accurate HR data
*Contributing to HR projects, policy updates, and process improvements
What we are looking for:
*Previous HR administration experience (essential)
*Strong organisation and attention to detail
*Confident handling confidential information
*Good communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
*Proactive approach with a willingness to develop HR knowledge
