Job Title: Architectural Technologist
Location: Newcastle
Salary: In the region of £30-40,000+ DOE

Daily Duties
*Developing and coordinating technical design information
*Producing detailed drawings, specifications and schedules
*Working closely with project teams and external consultants
*Supporting BIM coordination and digital delivery
*Ensuring regulatory compliance and technical accuracy
*Participating in site inspections and technical problem-solving
*Contributing to efficient project delivery across all stages
Ideal Candidate
*Qualification in Architectural Technology (degree/HNC/HND)
*Experience working on UK-based construction projects
*Strong Revit/BIM capability
*Excellent attention to detail and technical proficiency
*Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Enthusiastic approach to learning and professional growth
