Senior HR Manager - Bournemouth - Up to £60,000 + Excellent Benefits & Pension
Are you an experienced HR professional from the education sector looking for a hands-on, strategic role?
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and deliver a full HR service within a dynamic academy environment, working closely with senior leadership to drive people strategy while remaining operationally involved.

The Role
*Lead both strategic and operational HR delivery
*Manage employee relations and complex casework
*Oversee recruitment, retention, and staff wellbeing
*Handle staff investigations and safeguarding matters (KCSIE)
*Ensure HR compliance, policies, and the Single Central Record
*Coach and support senior leaders and line managers
About You
*Must have HR experience within education
*Proven ability in a hands-on, strategic HR role
*Strong knowledge of employment law and safeguarding
*Confident managing complex ER issues and advising senior stakeholders
