Senior Employee Relations Advisor, up to £48,000 Per Annum, Manchester
Macmillan Davies is proud to be partnering with a global business services organisation in search of a Senior Employee Relations Advisor. This role will act as a dedicated ER specialist, delivering consistent and people-focused solutions across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage a broad Employee Relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, performance and flexible working.
*Provide clear, pragmatic advice that balances legal risk and employee experience.
*Support complex and sensitive cases, including misconduct and discrimination.
*Ensure accurate, audit-ready documentation in a highly regulated environment.
*Coach and upskill managers to handle people matters confidently and in line with policies.
*Deliver ER training on key topics such as investigations and workplace conduct.
*Use data to identify risks and drive proactive interventions.
*Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Employee Relations processes.
About You:
*Strong experience managing a wide range of ER cases within a complex or regulated environment.
*Solid knowledge of UK employment law.
*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and practical guidance.
*High attention to detail and sound judgement with handling confidential matters.
