Salary: circa £32,000 DOE + Excellent Career Progression
Job DescriptionWe are recruiting for a German speaking Project Manager / Account Manager to join a well-established international packaging and design agency working with global FMCG and consumer brands.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with experience managing multiple projects, processes, or workflows who is looking to develop their career within a creative or agency environment.
We welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds including project coordination, compliance, eLearning, education, administration, translation/localisation, FMCG, or creative industries.
Key Responsibilities*Manage multiple client projects from brief through to completion
*Act as the main point of contact for German-speaking clients (DACH region)
*Coordinate internal teams including design, artwork, production, or equivalent functions
*Monitor timelines, track progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time
*Manage project administration including budgets, invoicing, and reporting
*Maintain strong client relationships and clear stakeholder communication
*Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all deliverables
Skills & Experience Required*2–3+ years’ experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, or Account Management
*Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
*Experience managing multiple projects or workflows simultaneously
*Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
*Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
*Must have easy access to South London
