Nigel Wright are supporting our client as they are looking for a highly organised, people-friendly and data-confident Operations Administrator to join a growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity as you’ll support day-to-day operations, people and admin processes, and help bring structure to data and information across the business.
The role suits someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in being organised, and is curious about using Excel, automation and AI tools to work more effectively.


Key Responsibilities
*Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office
*Coordinating meetings, events and internal activities
*Helping keep systems, processes and information organised
*Acting as a friendly and reliable point of contact for colleagues
*Assisting with onboarding and leaver processes
*Handling general admin and people-related queries
*Supporting expenses, payroll admin and internal queries
*Organising spreadsheets and data sets
*Creating trackers and simple reports using Excel
*Using AI tools to analyse or summarise information, Improve admin and operational processes and support research and problem-solving

What we’re looking for
This role would suit someone who is:
*Confident using Excel (formulas, organising data, basic analysis)
*Naturally organised and good at juggling multiple tasks
*Comfortable speaking with a range of people
*Genuinely interested in AI tools and how they can be applied in everyday work
