Description
*Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organisation’s objectives.
*Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain robust internal controls.
*Provide detailed financial analysis and reports to support decision-making at the C-Suite level.
*Manage cash flow, investments, and risk to safeguard the company’s financial health.
*Lead and develop the finance team to ensure optimal performance and growth.
*Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with operational strategies.
*Evaluate and drive cost-saving initiatives to enhance profitability.
Profile
*Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
*Clear evidence of delivering strategic improvements in their existing business
*Senior Finance Leadership Experience - ideally have experience as an Finance Director in a scaling SME
*High levels of Commercial Acumen - experience in contract negotiation, bids, tenders and pricing
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers, colleagues and senior stakeholders


Job Offer
*Competitive salary between £90,000 and £115,000 per annum.
