The Role:*Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN

*Support pupils with EHCPs, SEMH, ASD, ADHD, or speech and language needs

*Implement personalised learning and differentiation strategies

*Use visual aids, communication strategies, and Makaton/PECS where appropriate

*Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation

*Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and parents

*Monitor and report on pupil progress

The Ideal Candidate:*Experienced working with children with SEN in a primary or secondary setting

*Patient, empathetic, and adaptable

*Strong teamwork and communication skills

*Committed to inclusive education and safeguarding
