Financial Planning & Analysis AnalystLocation: Poole (Hybrid options considered)
Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
A highly regarded manufacturing business based in Poole is looking to recruit a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join its growing finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to play a key role in delivering financial insight and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities:*Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and financial reports
*Support the budgeting and forecasting cycles
*Develop, maintain and enhance financial models
*Provide insightful analysis to support operational and strategic decisions
*Work closely with stakeholders across finance and the wider business
About You:*Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
*Previous experience in an FP&A, commercial finance or analytical finance role
*Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
*Experience using Workday Adaptive Planning is highly desirable
*Confident communicator with a proactive, detail-oriented approach
