Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: £33,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)
REED Education is delighted to be working in partnership with an Ofsted-rated ’Outstanding’ secondary school in Cambridgeshire to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Geography Teacher for a full-time, permanent role starting September 2026.

The Role:
*Deliver engaging and high-quality Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
*Teach a broad Geography curriculum covering physical, human, and environmental topics
*Inspire curiosity about the world and develop students’ geographical skills and global awareness
*Plan, assess, and adapt lessons to meet the needs of learners of all abilities
*Contribute to a collaborative and well-established Humanities department
*Play an active role in the wider life of the school
The Ideal Candidate:
*Ideally QTS (or working towards it), though strong unqualified teachers will be considered
*Passionate about Geography and education
*Strong classroom management and communication skills
*Committed to maintaining high standards and driving student progress
*ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply
