Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: £33,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)
REED Education is delighted to be working in partnership with an Ofsted-rated ’Outstanding’ secondary school in Cambridgeshire to recruit a talented and enthusiastic Music Teacher for a full-time, permanent role starting September 2026.

The Role:
*Deliver high-quality Music lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
*Inspire a love of music through performance, composition, and listening
*Teach a range of musical styles and support instrumental and vocal development
*Plan, assess, and adapt lessons to meet the needs of students of varying abilities
*Contribute to a collaborative and creative Music department
*Support and, where appropriate, contribute to extracurricular activities such as ensembles, concerts, or school productions
*Play an active role in the wider life of the school
The Ideal Candidate:
*Ideally QTS (or working towards it), though strong unqualified teachers will be considered
*Passionate about Music education and inspiring young musicians
*Confident classroom and practical teaching skills
*Strong organisation, communication, and behaviour management
*Committed to high standards and student progress
*ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply
