Job Description:
Finance ManagerLocation: Stockport - Office-based
Salary: £40k
A growing B2B technology services business is looking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to lead its finance function and support the next phase of growth.
This is a hands-on role with responsibility for day-to-day finance operations, commercial insight, cash flow management and strategic support to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead the finance function, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
*Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts and budgets
*Manage cash flow, payroll and statutory compliance
*Own and optimise Xero and payment systems (including direct debits)
*Improve financial processes, controls and reporting
*Partner with leadership to provide commercial insight and decision support
*Direct line management for 1 person
About You
*AAT Qualified
*Proven experience in people management
*Strong Xero experience (essential)
*Excellent commercial, analytical and cash flow management skills
*Confident leader with a proactive, improvement-focused mindset
*Experience in recurring revenue or B2B services is a plus
