In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful hand behind guest communications, ensuring every interaction reflects the company’s high standards and values.
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat
*Manage guest enquiries relating to bookings, treatments, dining, and other services
*Ensure guest information is accurate, complete, and kept up to date
*Process online and third-party bookings efficiently and accurately
*Log, manage, and escalate guest complaints professionally
*Maintain high service standards while achieving daily and monthly performance targets
*Support internal bookings for staff, contractors, and issue resolution
*Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the wider group
Skills & Experience Required:
*Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional approach
*Previous customer service experience (hospitality experience is an advantage)
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
*Proactive problem-solving skills with a team-focused mindset
*A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
