Description
*Produce and present monthly management accounts to inform commercial decisions.
*Analyse financial performance and deliver clear, actionable insight to stakeholders.
*Lead budgeting and forecasting activity to support delivery of financial targets.
*Maintain and enhance financial controls, reporting and governance frameworks.
*Partner with budget holders to monitor spend and improve resource efficiency.
*Support year-end processes, audits and ongoing regulatory compliance.
*Contribute to ad-hoc financial analysis, projects and business cases.
*Continuously review and improve accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Profile
*Proven experience across management accounting, reporting and financial control
*Highly detail-focused, with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
*Comfortable working with ERP systems and complex financial data
*Confident communicator who enjoys supporting and developing others
*Solid knowledge of statutory reporting, VAT and HMRC requirements
*Proactive and improvement-focused, with a hands-on approach to challenges
*Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
