Executive Recruitment Consultant
Location: Belfast City Centre
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:15pm (Office Based)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum plus a competitive commission structure
My client, a successful Executive Search business in Belfast, is looking for a talented Executive Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service, but wants to move away from the heavy sales aspect of recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Partner with senior clients to understand their hiring needs and provide expert market insight.
*Manage executive-level search projects from briefing through to successful placement.
*Develop long-term client relationships based on trust and delivery.
*Conduct research and sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
*Oversee candidate management throughout the process, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
Ideal Candidate:
*Background in Recruitment, Executive Search or HR is essential.
*Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Professional, credible, and client-focused approach.
*Ambitious and motivated by delivering results rather than cold sales.
