*Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate coding within the Netsuite system.
*Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
*Prepare and process payment runs, ensuring compliance with company policies.
*Maintain accurate records and documentation for auditing purposes.
*Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
*Respond to supplier queries and maintain strong working relationships.
*Assist in improving processes and workflows within the accounts payable function.

Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
