We are currently seeking a Temporary Assembly Operative to join our production team for a minimum of one month, with the potential for extension depending on workload.
The role supports a busy production environment during a peak period and involves working on an assembly line, primarily assembling electro-mechanical controllers, including finishing and boxing completed products.
Key Responsibilities:
*Assembly of components in line with production requirements
*Finishing, inspecting and boxing products to required standards
*Following clear work instructions and supervisor guidance
*Completing basic documentation and production records accurately
*Supporting team targets and maintaining a clean, safe work area
Candidate Requirements:
*Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately
*Comfortable with hands-on assembly work
*Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
*Reliable, punctual and able to stand and carry out physical tasks
*Previous assembly or factory experience
