The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant in Accountancy & Finance, you will manage a full 360° desk, recruiting qualified and part-qualified finance professionals across commerce and practice.


Your responsibilities will include:
*Managing and developing relationships with SME and corporate clients

*Advising clients on market conditions, salaries and hiring strategies

*Winning new business through proactive BD and referral generation

*Sourcing and headhunting finance professionals across multiple levels

*Managing the end-to-end recruitment process

*Delivering a high-quality, compliant service to both clients and candidates
