You will handle a broad range of freehold and leasehold sale and purchase matters, working within a structured and supportive team environment. *Handle predominantly freehold sale and purchase transactions
*Conduct title checks and prepare property reports on purchases
*Deal with enquiries on both sale and purchase files
*Liaise with clients and third parties to agree exchange and completion dates
*Carry out Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Source of Funds (SOF) checks

The Offering
You will be joining a stable, well-established and forward-thinking organisation that offers a supportive team culture and clear opportunities for progression.
Key benefits include:

*Strong pipeline of work and long-term stability
*Supportive and collaborative team environment
*Opportunities for career development and progression
*Exposure to a varied range of residential property matters
