A fresh Trainee opportunity has arisen within an established Development Finance & Real Estate Bridging lender.
You will get involved with:
*Managing a pipeline of Property Development Finance loan cases and prioritise accordingly.
*Underwrite loan applications within company lending criteria by making quality lending decisions.
*Be vigilant when working on cases and refer where necessary to the appropriate person.
*Maintain a high level of communication at all times with interested parties including brokers, applicants, surveyors and solicitors.
*Maintain a high level of customer service with those internally and externally.
*Work closely with other departments within the company including sales, compliance, finance and collections.
