Insurance Advisor – Edenbridge, Kent

About the Role:
Join a growing insurance provider. You’ll support clients and brokers throughout the insurance journey, from policy setup to project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
*Handle policy changes and documentation
*Liaise with clients, brokers and internal teams
*Assist with claims reporting and complaints
*Represent the company at trade shows (approx. 8/year)
About you:
*3+ years’ customer service or admin experience
*Strong communication and attention to detail
*Good IT skills (Excel & Office)
*Willingness to learn and grow professionally
