Package: £27,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (Year 1 earnings: £40,000+)

The Role:
*Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
*Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
*Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
*Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
*Managing your candidate database.
*Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
The Requirements:
*Minimum 2:1 degree or experience working in a sales environment
*Strong ambition and drive to succeed
*Excellent time management and work ethic
*Confident communication and relationship-building skills
