Sales Support Executive - Broker Support
Location: Southwark, London
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 DOE
Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
We’re working with a well-established financial services business seeking an experienced Sales Support Executive to join their Broker Support function on a 12 month fixed term contract.
This role supports brokers and internal sales teams in a regulated environment, managing the end to end administration of finance deals.
It is suited to someone who is comfortable working within financial services processes, compliance requirements and broker-led sales activity.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing finance proposals through to completion and payout
*Acting as a key point of contact for brokers via phone and email
*Supporting Broker Development Managers and Sales teams to progress live deals
*Assisting with the structuring of more complex cases
*Conducting full KYC and customer due-diligence checks
*Running quotes and ensuring funding requirements are met
*Preparing documentation in line with credit and compliance conditions
*Liaising with underwriting, governance, payouts and finance teams
*Maintaining accurate records in line with regulatory standards
Essential Experience
*Previous experience in a regulated financial services environment (e.g. asset finance, lending, banking, insurance, broker support or similar)
*Experience supporting sales teams or brokers with live business cases
*Understanding of compliance, KYC and documentation requirements
*Confidence handling multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
