Job Description:
Our well-established client are on the hunt for hard-working Membership Executives! Our client is looking for immediately available candidates with strong people skills and a confident phone manner to join their busy and friendly team. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right applicants after three months.
Based in the newly built Business Park in Frome, our client offers personalised telephone contact services to high-profile membership organisations that reach out to businesses on their behalf.
Key Responsibilities:
*You will be working on a wide variety of client campaigns.
*Responsible for making and receiving calls.
*Taking payment details.
*Sending emails to key internal and external stakeholders.
*Keeping records fully up to date.
About you:
*Excellent communication skills with a clear confident telephone manner.
*Good IT skills and to be confident using Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
*Someone with a positive attitude who is keen to deliver a high quality of work.
*Excellent attention to detail.
*GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
*Previous experience in a similar role is desired but not essential.
*You must be available to work for a minimum of 3 months

Salary:
£13.08 per hour
Hours:
Monday to Friday. This is a full-time temporary position working 37.5 hours per week within our opening hours:
Monday to Friday and every other Saturday
Rotating weekly
3 days 9.00am to 5.00pm 2 days 11.00am to 7.00pm
2 days 9.00am to 5.00pm 2 days 11.00am to 7.00pm
sat 10.00am to 4.00pm

Simple Recruitment are acting as an employment business on behalf of our client, based in Frome who are seeking Telemarketing Executives to join their team on a temporary basis.
