Real Estate Paralegal | London | Hybrid Working
My client, a highly ranked Legal 500 firm, is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Real Estate Paralegal to join their busy and well-regarded residential property team based in London, with hybrid working available following successful completion of probation and training.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated paralegal with prior conveyancing experience to develop their career within a fast-paced and supportive environment, working closely alongside experienced solicitors on a varied caseload of residential property transactions.
You will play a key role in supporting the team with the smooth running of live files from instruction through to post-completion, ensuring high standards of client care and efficiency throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
*Opening and setting up new files
*Undertaking AML compliance checks
*Assisting with exchange, completion and post-completion formalities
*Drafting financial statements and invoices
*Submitting AP1 and SDLT returns
*Archiving completed matters
*Providing general administrative support and updating internal/external systems
*Liaising with clients and third parties under supervision
About You:
*Previous conveyancing experience within a legal environment is essential
*A law degree (or equivalent legal qualification) is highly desirable
*Confident managing tasks to strict deadlines
*Strong initiative and excellent attention to detail
*Commercially aware with strong interpersonal skills
*A genuine team player with a flexible approach
