Enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator required to support lettings activity, generate new business, conduct viewings, and deliver excellent customer service while building relationships and progressing tenancies in a busy branch environment.
An opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator to join a busy and successful estate and letting agency in Camberley.
This role is ideal for someone with lettings experience or looking to develop a career in the industry. You will be involved in all aspects of the lettings process, supporting landlords and tenants while contributing to branch performance.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
*Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
*Conducting property viewings and providing feedback
*Generating new business opportunities and supporting instructions
*Building relationships with landlords and tenants
*Negotiating offers and agreeing tenancy terms
*Supporting the progression of tenancies through to completion
What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):
*Previous residential lettings experience preferred
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*Professional, well-presented, and confident manner
*Positive attitude with willingness to learn and develop
*Good organisational skills and ability to multitask
*Full UK driving licence essential
