*Shifts - 2:30PM to2:30AM - 4 days off 4 days on
*Monday to Friday and weekends
*Experience of using a Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) desirable
Role Overview
Join our dedicated team as a Warehouse Operative, where you’ll play a vital role in our daily operations! Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading trailers, accurately picking orders, and utilising hand scanners to manage stock. This position calls for a commitment to physical fitness, meticulous attention to detail, and a focus on safety in a dynamic environment. Experience of using PPT equipment is desirable for this role
Pay and Shifts
*Monday to Friday and Weekends based on a 4 Days on 4 days off shift pattern
*Shifts - 2:30pm to 2:30am
*Pay between £12.71 to £1504 per hour
Requirements
Previous experience of warehouse work and familiarity with using PPT equipment
Key Responsibilities
*Safely and efficiently load and unload trailers.
*Utilise hand scanners for precise order processing.
*Utilising PPT equipment where required
*Sort and store goods with care.
*Prepare pallets for dispatch.
*Verify goods against delivery notes for accuracy.
*Uphold cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards.
Skills and Qualifications
*Previous experience with loading/unloading trailers or heavy goods preferred.
*Comfort with hand scanners is essential.
*Must be physically fit for manual tasks.
*Reliable, team-oriented, and possess basic numeracy and literacy skills.
*Prior warehouse/logistics experience is a plus!
