Are you a Class 2 HGV Driver looking for more than just A-to-B driving? Join a leading manufacturer and become part of a multi-skilled operative team, responsible for the safe handling, transport, and operation of materials on-site.
This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a chemical manufacturing environment, with support to obtain your ADR Certificate if you don’t already hold one.
Key Responsibilities
*Safely load, transport, and unload materials and associated equipment on-site
*Operate as part of a multi-skilled team
*Follow strict Health & Safety procedures at all times in line with regulatory and company standards
*Ensure vehicles and equipment are maintained and operationally ready
*Travel between company sites to deliver materials and equipment as required
*Undertake other ad-hoc duties relevant to your role
Essential Requirements
*HGV Class 2 Licence
*Flexible with start times and willingness to work across different company sites
*Self-motivated, reliable, and a strong team player
*Commitment to following strict Health & Safety procedures at all times
Desirable
*ADR Certificate (training can be provided if not held)
*Experience transporting hazardous materials (explosives, chemicals, oil, or similar)
