Job Description:
We are a well-established and client-focused law firm seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming environment while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
*Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression
*Manage the reception desk and maintain tidy, presentable front-of-house and meeting areas
*Answer and direct incoming calls and emails efficiently
*Coordinate meeting room bookings, including setting up rooms and arranging refreshments
*Handle incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and courier services
*Maintain visitor records and follow security and confidentiality procedures
*Provide general administrative support, including scanning, printing, and document handling
*Assist with office supplies management and basic facilities coordination
*Support colleagues across the firm with ad hoc administrative tasks
Key Skills & Experience
*Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer-facing role
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Professional and approachable manner
*Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
*Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
*High level of attention to detail and discretion
