Job Description:
We are a prestigious and client-focused law firm seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This front-of-house role is critical in delivering an exceptional client experience and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide a warm, professional, and efficient welcome to all clients and visitors
*Manage the front desk, ensuring reception and client areas are maintained to a high standard at all times
*Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, directing them appropriately
*Coordinate meeting room bookings, ensuring rooms are set up with required refreshments and AV equipment
*Liaise with internal teams to support meetings, client events, and visitor arrangements
*Manage incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and couriers
*Maintain visitor logs and adhere to security and confidentiality procedures
*Assist with administrative tasks, including document handling, scanning, and data entry
*Support office operations as required, working closely with facilities and administrative teams
Key Skills & Experience
*Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, ideally within a professional services or legal environment
*Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
*Immaculate presentation and professional manner
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
*High attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems
