The Firm
A well-established and growing accountancy practice s seeking a senior accountant. They are a friendly, family type of business with a good work, life balance who do not put their staff under undue pressure and therefore people tend to stay with them a long time.

The Role
As a senior practice accountant, you will play a key role in managing clients expectations while producing year end accounts. The clients are mainly local SME businesses who have long standing relationships with the firm. The role would suit an individual who wants a nice working environment without the pressure of long hours.

Key Responsibilities
*Managing a portfolio of clients across various industries
*Preparing statutory accounts and tax returns
*Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Requirements
*ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
*Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in an accountancy practice
*Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
