Job Description:
Delivery Manager – Remote Working
Lynx are currently working with a large IT consultancy to help them source an Agile Delivery Manager. Our client is large global Consultancy who work with enterprise clients, solving their business and technology problems using cutting edge Solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of projects
- Monitoring budgets, tracking progress and assessing team performance.
- Identifying and managing risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
- Removing obstacles to ensure a smooth development and delivery process
- Promoting effective collaboration within the team
- Engaging and working with stakeholders to support project delivery
- Advocating for best practices across disciplines
- Demonstrating a strong customer-focused approach
Key skills and experience:
- Previous experience working within a consulting organisation is essential
- Must be either SC cleared or eligible
- A background in agile delivery across the whole project lifecycle
- Strong experience in Agile scrum methodologies
- Experience working on public sector projects
