Experienced Paraplanner with a defined pathway to Financial Adviser.
Hybrid role - 3 Days in office
Our client is a highly respected Boutique Chartered Wealth Management Firm based in Kent. The Directors of the Firm have created a wonderfully inclusive culture that is well received by their clients and internal employees. This role needs an experienced Paraplanner due to growth and succession planning and we are keen to speak to Paraplanners looking to work within a supportive and inclusive team that will provide full training towards Financial Advisor. They service an established client base with many HNW cases and the average AUM c£900K.
The Opportunity
As an experienced Paraplanner with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality work, you will be meeting clients face-to-face from day one and so need to be condiment in dealing with individuals at all levels. This isn’t just a back-office role, this is a dynamic and forward-thinking firm and as such they are looking for like-minded Paraplanners eager to be involved in providing clients with the very best service.
The Role
*Supporting Advisers in building tailored financial plans
*Producing cashflow modelling and long-term planning analysis
*Assisting with complex cases and acting as a technical point of contact
*Working closely with Advisers and Administrators to deliver a seamless client experience
*Writing clear, compliant, and technically robust suitability reports
*Conducting detailed research across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning
What They’re Looking For
*Previous experience as a Paraplanner within wealth management
*Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or close to completion
*Strong technical knowledge across core advice areas
*Experience with report writing and cashflow modelling
*Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
*Someone organised, detail-focused and keen to develop
