Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 basic (DOE)
Car Allowance: £4,000
OTE: £48,000+
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join a well-established multi-branch estate agency in High Wycombe. This role is ideal for an ambitious and confident property professional with strong market knowledge and a proven ability to generate and convert valuations into instructions.
This is a key role within the branch, playing an important part in driving new instructions, supporting sales growth, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors throughout the valuation and instruction process.
Role Overview
As a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer, you will be responsible for carrying out market appraisals, winning new instructions, and supporting the wider sales team. You will play a key role in driving valuation conversion rates and contributing to overall branch performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct property valuations and market appraisals
• Win new instructions and generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
• Advise clients on pricing strategy and market conditions
• Convert valuations into instructed properties
• Work closely with the Sales Negotiator team to progress listings
• Provide accurate and professional feedback to clients
• Maintain CRM records and valuation pipelines
• Support overall branch targets and performance
Requirements
• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, Valuer, or Lister
• Strong knowledge of the local property market
• Confident, target-driven and commercially aware
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Ambitious and motivated with a desire to succeed in a high-performing environment
