We’re looking for an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join a growing, advice-led wealth management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys producing high-quality advice reports, supporting advisers, and playing a hands-on role in coaching and developing paraplanning colleagues.
You’ll work on a varied caseload, collaborate closely with Financial Planners, and act as a role model for best practice, quality, and compliance. For the right person, this role offers real scope to influence processes, mentor others, and step confidently into a senior position.
What you’ll bring:
*3+ years’ paraplanning experience in a regulated environment
*Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
*Strong technical knowledge and excellent report writing skills
*A methodical, detail-driven approach with a collaborative mindset
*Confidence coaching, mentoring, or supporting other paraplanners
