The Job You’ll Do:
*Cover production technical operations
*Learn the technical aspects of the companies’ products
*Support customers via the technical phone line and site visits.
*Attend and report machine breakdowns and report any and all actions carried out, as well as any further actions required.
*Diagnosing and repairing PCBs down to component level
*Carrying out mechanical maintenance fault finding and repair on electronic manufacturing machinery
About You:
*Qualified to ONC/HNC level or above in a relevant discipline (Electronics/Electrical Engineering or similar)
*Mechanical fault-finding maintenance experience
*Previous experience as a qualified technician, with a history of PPM and breakdown response on Electronic Manufacturing equipment.
*SMT and electronics manufacturing machine experience.
*You must have the ability to diagnose and repair PCBs down to component level using a schematic drawing and use diagnostic equipment.
*Effective communication skills at all levels
*Have the ability to work within a team environment or individually
