Location: Catford, Lewisham, London
Pay: £30,576.00 Per Annum
Hours: Full Time – Days

The RoleAs a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring high standards of care while supporting and guiding the care team.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading, mentoring, and supporting care staff on shift
• Delivering high-quality, person-centred care
• Supporting residents with daily living needs in a dignified manner
• Administering medication (training provided if required)
• Maintaining accurate care plans and documentation
• Promoting a safe, calm, and positive environment
• Encouraging resident engagement and wellbeing
About You• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
• Previous experience in a senior care role within a care home (minimum of 3 years)
• Experience working with dementia care (desirable)
• Medication training (desirable but not essential)
• A compassionate, proactive, and team-focused approach
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
