London / Hybrid | Build & Grow High-Value Desks | Big-Name Clients
City Elite Transaction Services is a specialist recruitment partner to global banks, fintech innovators, and leading trade finance institutions. With a rich portfolio of Tier 1 clients and high-growth fintechs, we’re expanding - and we’re looking for a Senior or Principal Consultant who can drive business development, open new accounts and build high-performing desks within our specialist markets.
This is a rare opportunity to join a rapidly scaling brand, work with warm relationships, and carve out your own vertical with the backing of a strong reputation in BFSI.
What you’ll be doing
*Build, own and grow a specialist desk within banking, fintech or trade finance
*Develop new business and expand major accounts - "land & expand"
*Work with an impressive roster of global banks, fintechs and NBFIs
*Bill at a high level while shaping team growth beneath you
*Partner directly with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
*Play a key role in scaling a high-growth recruitment business
What we’re looking for
*Experienced Senior/Principal Consultant within BFSI, fintech, corporate banking, transaction banking or trade finance recruitment
*Strong 360 BD skills - confident winning and growing accounts
*Proven high biller with consistent fee delivery
*Someone who thrives in building markets, teams and client portfolios
*Commercial, ambitious and ready to take ownership
