Experienced estate agent required for a Self-Employed Property Consultant role in the London area, offering flexibility, uncapped earnings, and the opportunity to build a personal client base within a supportive agency structure.
An incredible and unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced estate agent seeking the flexibility of a self-employed role. Working across London, you will operate under a respected property brand while building and developing your own business.
This position is ideal for someone with strong listing and instruction-winning experience who wants greater control over their earnings, combining remote and office-based working with the support of an established agency network.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
*Generating new business and winning property instructions
*Conducting property valuations and securing listings
*Managing the sales process from instruction to completion
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Developing your own local network and personal brand
*Negotiating offers and progressing transactions
*Delivering a high standard of customer service
What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):
*Estate agency experience at Senior Negotiator, Branch Manager, or Valuations level
*Proven track record of valuing properties and winning instructions
*Strong knowledge of the London property market
*Entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to build a business
*Excellent negotiation and communication skills
*Professional and self-motivated approach
*Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
*Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
