Job Description:
Sales Operations Executive
Location: Hybrid (Bucks area - between High Wycombe & Beaconsfield)
Contract: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm (6 months temp, permanent subject to performance)
Salary: Circa £35,000 equivalent (hourly rate)
Role Overview
This role is central to supporting the commercial function through strong operational processes, accurate data, and structured workflows. You will own CRM management, sales reporting, and commercial documentation, while acting as the key link between Sales and Delivery to ensure seamless project handovers.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage and maintain CRM opportunities from creation through to closure
*Ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment of all deal data
*Maintain pipeline hygiene and support forecasting and reporting
*Prepare and manage quotes, order forms, and Scope of Works (SOWs)
*Ensure consistency, accuracy, and version control across documentation
*Act as a quality checkpoint before handover to delivery teams
*Track and support education grant activities, ensuring deadlines and compliance
*Manage workflows using systems such as JIRA (or similar)
*Coordinate project handovers from sales to delivery
*Identify and improve operational inefficiencies
*Liaise across Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Finance
*Support onboarding and training on systems and processes
*Provide conference support, including reporting and travel coordination
Candidate Profile
*3+ years’ experience in Sales or Commercial Operations
*Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset
*Highly organised with ability to manage multiple workflows
*Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
*Experience managing commercial documentation (quotes, SOWs)
*Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work autonomously
*Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
*Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, JIRA (or similar), and Microsoft Office preferred
