Job Description:
A great opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to work for a highly reputable building services provider, managing the planned and reactive maintenance on a Grade A Commercial site near King’s Cross, London.
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the onsite Team of a M&E Technician and two Fabric Engineers, working Monday to Friday, 7-4 or 9-6
The Supervisor will have technical qualifications in either Electrical or Mechanical disciplines, with experience of undertaking planned and reactive maintenance, across electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems. You will also be responsible for log books, supervising contractors, other relevant paperwork and dealing directly with the client on site.

*PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
*Electrical Fault-Finding
*Single & Three Phase Power
*Pumps & Motors
*BMS Operation
*AHUs
*FCUs
*VAV/VRFs
*Pipework Systems & Valves
*Emergency Lighting
*Tap Temperatures
*Fire Alarms
*General Plumbing
Requirements
*Electrical or Mechanical qualifications to NVQ / City and Guilds or equivalent
*Building Services Maintenance experience
*Supervisory / Lead Experience
*Very Client facing

*Day shift 07:00 - 18:00 (flexibility required) either 7-4 or 9-6
*£52,000
