An established and highly respected law firm on the South Coast is seeking an ambitious Associate Corporate Solicitor to join its growing Corporate team in Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate lawyer looking to advance their career within a supportive, commercially focused firm renowned for the quality of its work and long-standing client relationships.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Work on a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, share and asset purchases, management buy-outs and buy-ins, shareholder agreements, and reorganisations.
*Provide general company and commercial advisory work.
*Have direct client exposure from an early stage and the opportunity to work closely with partners on complex and high-value transactions.
*Manage transactions from inception to completion, ensuring all client needs are met efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
*2–5 years’ PQE in corporate law (guideline only).
*Strong technical ability with a commercial mindset.
*Experience managing transactions from start to finish.
*Confident communicator with excellent client-handling skills.
