Job OverviewWe are looking for a German Speaking Brand Account Manager to join a fast-paced creative environment working with international retail and FMCG clients.
This is a key client-facing role where you will manage branding projects from concept through to delivery, working closely with creative, design, and production teams to ensure high-quality output and strong client relationships.
You will also play a key role in shaping brand direction, supporting strategic conversations, and identifying opportunities for account growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Creative*Support development of brand strategy and retail-focused creative work
*Contribute to brand creation and evolution from concept to launch
*Apply insight into consumer behaviour and retail environments
*Support presentation of creative concepts to clients
Account Management*Act as main point of contact for international clients
*Manage multiple branding projects simultaneously
*Translate client briefs into clear creative direction
*Oversee timelines, budgets, and delivery milestones
*Ensure work is delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standard
Client Relationships*Build and maintain strong long-term client partnerships
*Lead conversations with senior stakeholders
*Provide guidance on branding and creative direction
*Identify opportunities for account growth
Commercial & Delivery*Manage project budgets and ensure commercial viability
*Support revenue growth across accounts
*Identify efficiencies and process improvements
*Ensure projects are delivered profitably and effectively
Skills & Experience RequiredEssential*Experience in account management or client services within a branding or creative agency
*Strong understanding of retail branding or consumer-facing brands
*Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
*Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
*Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience
*Confident working with deadlines and client expectations
Desirable*FMCG or packaging experience
*Additional European languages
