Job Title: Architectural Technologist
Location: Leeds
Salary: £28-36,000 DOE

Daily Duties:
*Support the day-to-day delivery of projects across all RIBA stages (0-7)
*Assist in the preparation of working drawings, schedules, specifications, and building regulations information
*Collaborate closely with internal project teams to ensure coordinated design delivery
*Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, local planning authorities, and building control
*Contribute to maintaining project quality, timelines, and compliance standards
Ideal Candidate:
*Degree-qualified Architectural Technologist with approximately a couple of years of post-degree experience
*Familiarity with producing working drawing packages
*Sound understanding of UK Planning processes and Building Regulations
*Proficiency in Revit is preferred
*Strong attention to detail with a good design awareness
*Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
*Organised, proactive, and confident in a professional environment
