Location: Sutton & Wallington
OTE: £60,000 – £90,000+ | Uncapped Commission | high earnings
Working Pattern: Hybrid (Estate Agency Branch & Home Based)

This vacancy has arisen due to the retirement of a long-standing Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker, offering immediate access to a warm client base, strong introducer relationships, and consistent estate agency leads.

This self-employed position is ideal for an ambitious Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker looking to maximise high earnings through:

Role Responsibilities
*Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
*Manage estate agency leads and own client base
*Conduct appointments (face-to-face, telephone, video)
*Build strong relationships with estate agency teams
*Maximise protection and remortgage opportunities
*Deliver excellent customer outcomes

*CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
