Recruitment Consultant – Logistics
We’re looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a Logistics desk based from our Croydon office and alongside an established team boasting combined recruitment experience of over 100 years. You’ll be working with a broad mix of permanent roles across the logistics, transport, supply chain, and freight markets.
The Desk
You’ll recruit across a varied and in-demand portfolio of roles, including but not limited to:
*Logistics & Transport Managers
*Distribution & Freight Managers
*Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinators
*Stock & Inventory Controllers
*Import / Export & Shipping Coordinators and Managers
*Customs Managers, Expeditors, Freight Planners & Forwarders
This is a 360 recruitment role, but with the advantage of an existing relationships.
What We’re Looking For
*Recruitment experience (logistics, supply chain, or similar sector ideal but not essential)
*A confident communicator who enjoys building long-term relationships
*Commercial mindset with a genuine interest in logistics recruitment
*Driven, organised, and motivated by success
