HLTA - ARP (EYFS & KS1) | Hackney | Immediate or September Start
Location: Hackney
Start Date: ASAP or 1st September 2026
Daily Rate: £120 to £150

The Role:
You’ll be based in the school’s ARP, working with a small group of children across EYFS and KS1. This is a hands-on, impactful role where you’ll play a key part in both supporting learning and delivering teacher-led input.
You’ll be working closely within a dedicated team consisting of a Teacher and two TAs, all committed to providing the best outcomes for pupils with complex needs.
What we’re looking for:
A confident and experienced HLTA
Strong background supporting children with complex needs
Ability to deliver teacher input and lead small group sessions
A proactive, calm, and adaptable approach
A genuine passion for inclusive education
What’s on offer:
Pay starting from £120 per day, increasing up to £150 over time
Immediate start available for the right candidate
Long-term role continuing into the next academic year
