Job Description:
Private Funds Lawyer – Bristol
A leading firm is looking to appoint a Private Funds Lawyer to join its growing Bristol-based team. This role offers exposure to the full lifecycle of private investment funds, working with a broad client base including fund managers and institutional investors across a range of asset classes.
Key responsibilities include:
*Preparing and negotiating core fund documentation
*Advising on tailored fund structures
*Supporting international fund launches
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships with fund sponsors and investors
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded practice and gain hands-on experience on complex and innovative fund structures.
About You
*Qualified Solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE, with a focus on private funds or fund formation
*Strong experience drafting and negotiating fund documentation
*Exposure to cross-border matters and offshore jurisdictions would be beneficial
*Interest or experience in secondaries and LP portfolio transactions is advantageous
